Where to eat on Glastonbury Carnival night
Glastonbury Carnival 2016 - Sat 19th November
So you've booked your seats on the carnival coach* or minibus (or you might be making your own way to town) and now you need somewhere warm, cosy and relaxed to have a slap up, home-cooked meal and while away some time before the main event begins.
Or maybe you need a little bolt hole to escape for a while; a place to sit, eat, drink, chat or just somewhere with access to a loo!
Old Oaks have organised 2 eating options at the very popular Abbey Tea Rooms, opposite Glastonbury Abbey. The perfect spot to view all the carnival action.
Option 1 ~ 2 course meal (main & dessert), a glass of wine, tea & coffee
Choose your time slot between 5pm and 6.30pm - 12 seats per sitting, (first come first served). £18.25 per person.
There will 3 choices of traditional, home-cooked meals, including a roast and a pie. Vegetarian options will also be available.

Option 2 ~ Buffet & exclusive access to Abbey Tea Rooms 8pm & 10.30pm
Hot and cold buffet to include hot soup, sandwiches, local sausages, pizza wedges, pasties etc; unlimited tea and coffee, one alcoholic drink (extras available with payment). Seating and use of toilet facilities for the duration. Dog friendly. Possibility of placing your own chairs on the pavement for front row viewing. £13.25 per person.
