Prices are per accommodation per night for up to 2 people.
Glamping cabins ~ bed sheet, 2 cups and spoons and washing up stuff provided. Arrival 2pm Departure 11am.

2 night minimum at weekends. Single nights may be available midweek. Single nights at weekends (only where a gap is available) carry a £10/£15 premium, dependent on time of year.

Shepherd huts & cedar lodges ~ all bedding provided (not towels). Fully equipped kitchen plus one toilet roll. Hot tub accommodation comes with first nights logs & kindling. Arrival 3pm Departure 11am. 2 night minimum majority of year. 3 nights minimum in peak season. Single nights may be available occasionally, but carry a £10 cleaning premium.

GLAMPING EXPERIENCE voucher holders - Virgin, Buyagift, Red Letter, Lastminute.com, etc + Old Oaks own vouchers should call 01458 831437 to check availability and book. Sorry these vouchers cannot be used for online bookings at present. NB 1 night vouchers are valid Sun to Thurs inc, not Fri & Sat.
Deposits ~ A £60 (cabins) or £99 (shepherd huts & lodges) non-refundable (unless you take our cancellation plan - details here) deposit per week or part week is required at the time of booking with the balance due 28 days before the commencement of your holiday.
Minimum nights ~ Minimum of 2 nights for weekends (Fri & Sat or Sat & Sun), at all times except July, Aug, all bank holidays and Glastonbury Festival week, when there is a 3 night minimum policy. However, sometimes 1 or 2 nights may be booked where available, but this is only possible if booked last minute. This will carry a £10 or £15 premium, dependent of time of year. Hot tub accommodation, min of 2 or 3 nights at all times.
Security / cleaning deposit ~ All glamping guests will be requested to provide a credit / debit card on arrival which will be swiped (no money taken) as security against breakages / damage to the accommodation. Guests are politely requested to leave the accommodation as they find it on arrival.
